Today's blog post is all about the July 2019 Paper Pumpkin kit, On My Mind. First I've two alternate projects for you, then click on the link at the bottom to get lots more alternate project ideas. Enjoy. The July kit coordinated with three suites in the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue; Come Sail Away, Garden Lane and Woven Threads. Take Life By The Reins
Today's project was a happy accident. I wanted to get that out in the open from the start. I've been having a bit of a sort out and found some scraps of card that had got creased somehow. I used to throw those pieces away, but not any longer. I have a simple 30 second solution for saving those pieces. So I decided to take life by the reins and create a 30 second solution video for you. Ok, so I took a little bit of poetic licence and exaggerated the creases in the Call Me Clover ... VIEW POST
Merry Christmas Pop-Up Card
Yesterday I had a fun couple of hours in my craft studio with a very special guest, my granddaughter Alyssa. Good Luck Banners for You
There are so many occasions when it's appropriate to wish someone good luck that I was surprised how rarely I actually make good luck cards. In fact, even as I sat down in my craft studio this morning I had no plans for that. My vague idea was to create a card featuring a large focal point, with die-cut pieces adding interest and dimension. I settled on the Bouquet Bunch Framelits, and that lead to the coordinating Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set. Standing beside it on the shelf was the ... VIEW POST
