Do you enjoy watching movies? I do, even though I don’t often get to see them on the big screen. In fact I think the last few times I been to a cinema it’s been in the UK with one or more granddaughters. Waterside Thoughts
Today I have a lot of things to get done. In recent weeks and months it’s become clear to me that I could probably medal at the procrastination Olympics. So I’m using a combination of ‘brain dumping’ and ‘time blocking’ techniques to try to get myself back on track. Another Waterside Idea
What is going on with the weather? Last week we had some days in the low 30Cs and this morning it’s barely above freezing. A couple of days ago some parts of Nova Scotia even had snow, at the end of May! Now instead of wandering down to explore the bay, I’m thinking of putting the heating back on and staying inside with a hot drink and my book. Final Nests Of Winter
Have you looked at the Last Chance section of my online store recently? Last week Stampin’ Up! revealed all the products that are retiring and now only available while stocks last. Most I pretty much could have guessed however there’s few I will definitely miss. Among those are the Nests of Winter 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper (DSP) and Wonderful Thoughts Stamp Set. End of Winter?
We’ve been enjoying some unseasonably warm weather here in Nova Scotia over the past couple of days which has been a very welcome change. But of course all good things have to come to an end and there’s a storm on the horizon. Hopefully we’ll avoid the freezing rain, but I don’t think winter has quite finished with us yet.
