Have you ever bought craft supplies because you love them but then can’t think of ways to use them? I know I have. Many times. So over the years I’ve found a way to unclog that creative block. I ignore the products and play with other things that inspire me more. Then when I eventually go back to the original items I see them with fresh eyes and the ideas flood in. That’s what happened with the Happiness Abounds Stamp Set, Blossoming Happiness Dies and coordinating Hues of Happiness ... VIEW POST
Petal Park Playtime
In my Facebook memories today was a photo I took 7 years ago of snow piling up on the shrubs in front of the house. Today there’s a very different scene outside with not a snowflake on the ground and a spring-like blue sky. I was even tempted to throw open all the windows until I checked the thermometer and quickly changed my mind. So instead I’ll create my early spring indoors, starting with this pretty birthday gift tag created using the Petal Park and Go To Greetings Stamp Sets. TINY ... VIEW POST
Another Adorable Owl
Today’s project took longer than normal to make. Not because it’s difficult, but because I had to stop to unclog my Fine-Tip Glue Pen. As I was finishing this task I realised it would be helpful if I filmed my process so I could show you what I do. So while I wait for it to get clogged again, here’s the adorable owl that started it all. STANDING OWL My project began when ... VIEW POST
Ready To Craft

Today however they’re forecasting freezing rain which is a whole other ballgame. It looks like Mother Nature wants me to stay in and craft some more and I’m definitely ready to oblige, starting with this easy ... VIEW POST
Petal Park Pieces
The lurgy that’s going around has finally got me and I’m currently dosed up with medication. So for today’s project I needed to find something that I could put together really quickly. If you’re a regular follower of my blog you’ll remember a box decorated using the new Petal Park Stamp Set and coordinating Petal Park Builder Punch. After finishing that project I had a few pieces left over. Today I decided that with a pretty box to gift, I could use those pieces to create a birthday gift ... VIEW POST
Decorative Simplicity
With pretty sentiments like those in the Go To Greetings Stamp Set designing a card project can be challenging. If I want the sentiment to stand out I tend to go for much simpler backgrounds and layouts. That might involve a subtle paper pattern. Or I’ve used a plain card background layer with an embossed texture for added interest. Today though I decided to pull out my new Decorative Borders Stamp Set. With a tried and tested navy and white colour scheme this elegant birthday card came together ... VIEW POST
