Oh boy my fingers are cold! I’ve just spent fifteen minutes on the balcony watching four deer enjoying our back lawn. Since emigrating from the UK to rural Nova Scotia I’ve really come to appreciate country living. I admit, having to drive 40 minutes to town for shopping is a drag, but it’s a small price to pay to be able to watch all manner of wild critters wandering across our property. So I suppose it was inevitable that I’d be drawn to the free In The Country Stamp Set. COUNTRY ... VIEW POST
Greatest Journey Silhouettes
It’s been decades since I last rode a bike and I’m not even sure I could still do it. However the mountain biker in the Greatest Journey Dies really called to me. It reminds me of my son who never learned to drive but preferred to cycle everywhere. He loved the freedom cycling gave him to go anywhere and he liked to ride fast, especially when zipping past friends and work colleagues with a grin on his face. So using this simple silhouette and a sentiment I designed this card. GREATEST ... VIEW POST
Dainty Die-Cut Flowers
One of the fun parts of getting new dies is simply playing with them. I find this is the best way to get a feel for what you have and what they can do. I’m often asked which colours someone should get and I generally respond with “my favourites may not be your favourites, so get what YOU like”. However what I do suggest is to start your colour journey by picking a few colours you like. Then as you’re making things you’ll find yourself wishing you had x colour, so then make a note to add that to your next order, and so on. LAYERS OF ... VIEW POST

Today is the day we finally say goodbye to the July to December 2022 Mini Catalogue. Starting tomorrow customers will finally be able to order products from the January to April 2023 Mini Catalogue and also earn free Sale-A-Bration items. So for this month’s IDEAS blog hop we decided to focus on what we love from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure. I chose the free Day At The Farm 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper (DSP), even though I don’t have the coordinating stamp set and dies from the Mini Catalogue ... VIEW POST

So today’s project brings you a sneak peek of the Dainty Delight Stamp Set and the coordinating Dainty Delight ... VIEW POST
