Despite Hurricane Dorian ramping up outside I managed to make a project for today. It just remains to be seen whether I can get the whole blog post written before the power goes out. On Saturday a comment by Peggy on my blog post reminded me that despite our current preoccupation with Thanksgiving, Halloween and Christmas, people still have birthdays and other causes for celebration. Back Down The Garden Lane
After yesterday's marathon blog post I promised you something much shorter today. So this morning I designed a simple thank you card using more of the Garden Lane Designer Series Paper (DSP). FROM THE TOP I began this project with some Very Vanilla Card and a Mossy Meadow ink pad. Then found this pretty thank you sentiment in the new Bloom & Grow Stamp Set. Simply Wonderful Surprise
For some reason just lately we've been left waiting for a lot of mail. One package from the UK actually took 5 weeks to arrive! Talk about snail mail... Yesterday though I had a simply wonderful surprise when a package from my daughter included our granddaughter's latest school photo.
