Last week I showed you a little treat package made using the Pretty Pillow Box Dies and a piece from the Dainty Flowers 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack. One of the things about that project was that I’d cut through a floral ‘frame’ pattern. Of course I didn’t want to waste the other half so today I decided to use it up. Just a word of warning though... this paper is one of the free Sale-A-Bration products and only available until February 28th (while remaining stocks ... VIEW POST
Dainty Daisies And More
It’s nearly time… Tomorrow is the final day of the Stampin’ Up! Last Chance Sale. Quite a few of the retiring products have already sold out, however there are still lots of great items to be had if you’re quick. While I’ll be sad to finally say goodbye to the July to December 2022 Mini Catalogue, I’m really looking forward to the launch of the January to April 2023 Mini. So today’s project brings you a sneak peek of the Dainty Delight Stamp Set and the coordinating Dainty Delight ... VIEW POST
Celebrating With Chic
While Christmas Day is now over there’s still quite a bit of celebrating to do in the next week or so. Boxing Day is often an extension of the Christmas festivities. Happiness Is Being Storm Ready
It’s Christmas Eve Eve and happiness is knowing we’re ready for a coming storm. The extreme winter weather that’s currently gripping most of Canada and the US is expected to arrive here later today. Having been left without power for 10 days then, we’re not taking any chances this time around. ... VIEW POST
Timeless Greetings
One of the things I hear regularly from crafters is how hard they find making masculine or gender-neutral cards. My issue is not designing the cards it’s more about getting materials that aren’t boring, and I’m always on the lookout for extra options. So you can imagine my delight when I saw the new Timeless Greetings Kit from Stampin’ Up! I knew right away that it would be the perfect addition to my ... VIEW POST
Florets and Polka Dots
With all the focus now firmly on Christmas it’s hard sometimes to remember that other events happen at this time of year. At the craft fairs I attended last weekend there were lots of people looking for cards, and not just for Christmas. I also sold get well, sympathy, new baby and anniversary cards to name but a few. So today I thought I’d decorate a box for a “special day”. All I needed was the Framed Florets Stamp Set and Dies along with the limited availability Fitting Florets ... VIEW POST
