Some days run smoothly and others not so much. The way my morning’s gone so far I have a feeling today’s going to turn out to be a little on the bumpy side. Still, it’s not all doom and gloom. When I got home yesterday there was my new Stampin’ Up! 2023/2024 Annual Catalogue. Yay! So I’m using that as my treat between tasks. There’s nothing like a little incentive to focus the mind. Decorative Details
It seems to me that just lately my projects aren’t quite going according to plan. However before I knew it I’d stamped on the paper using the Decorative Borders Stamp Set and coloured it in instead! QUARTER SHEET My card ... VIEW POST
Decorative Simplicity
With pretty sentiments like those in the Go To Greetings Stamp Set designing a card project can be challenging. If I want the sentiment to stand out I tend to go for much simpler backgrounds and layouts. That might involve a subtle paper pattern. Or I’ve used a plain card background layer with an embossed texture for added interest. Today though I decided to pull out my new Decorative Borders Stamp Set. With a tried and tested navy and white colour scheme this elegant birthday card came together ... VIEW POST
