How are you enjoying my September to December 2023 Mini Catalogue sneak peeks so far? I must say I’m having a lot of fun playing with the new products I received in my pre-order. Today’s project is a gender-neutral birthday card using the new Curved Occasions Stamp Set and coordinating Curved Label Punch. As soon as I saw this in the catalogue I was immediately drawn to the Beetle convertible image. My friend Jeannette has one of these cars in pale blue and so that definitely influenced my ... Layering Leaves Once More
If you saw my blog post yesterday you’ll know we have our eldest granddaughter staying with us for a few weeks. We have lots of special treats and visits planned, interspersed with some quieter days. The weather forecast for the next couple of days has a risk of thunderstorms which is a great excuse for staying in and crafting. So while I go and dig out a bunch of Paper Pumpkin kits for us to work on together, here’s a simple gender-neutral card created using the Layering Leaves Stamp ... VIEW POST
Another Bird’s Eye View

The finished result was most certainly a labour of love ... VIEW POST
IDEAS Blog Hop: Elegance & Fun Folds
Welcome to another IDEAS Blog Hop where this month our theme is “Fun Folds”. These can get quite complicated so my contribution to the tutorial PDF is a simple gate-fold card that you could adapt and dress up depending on your own skills and experience. Then for today’s blog post I designed a coordinating gift tag. Both the card and tag were inspired by a piece of Earthen Elegance Designer Series Paper (DSP) left over from a previous project, along with with some of the spectacular More Dazzle ... VIEW POST
Another Christmas In July
Christmas in July seems to really have taken off and not only in crafting circles. I see lots of references to the concept on TV and in stores. A couple of days ago Stampin’ Up! gave us a preview of the September to December 2023 Mini Catalogue. It’s chock full of amazing Christmas and other seasonal products that will be available for customers to order starting September 6th. Meanwhile there’s some great Christmas products in the Annual Catalogue too, like the Christmas Pinecone Dies I used to ... VIEW POST
