Did you realise that one week today it will be the end of January! How on earth did that happen? As I get older it definitely seems like the days and weeks are speeding by faster than ever. Good job too, as I’m bored with winter now, and the winter storm warning that appeared overnight. I’m definitely a warm weather girl and spring can’t arrive soon enough. Perhaps that’s why I paired the Flowers of Friendship Stamp Set with this sheet from the Delicate Desert Designer Series Paper (DSP) ... VIEW POST
Punch Stock Levels
Like lots of papercrafters I seem to have a permanent ‘wish list’ on the go. Some things like adhesives, basic cardstock and envelopes reappear on a regular basis. Others like stamp sets, tools, patterned papers and embellishments can sit there for a while. Over time I’ll either buy them or change my mind. Not One Challenge But Two
Today has been another one of those days where everything just seems to have taken forever. I suppose I shouldn’t have expected to be completely recovered from COVID just because I no longer need to self-isolate. Still it’s very frustrating not be able to achieve as much as I want to in a day. Today’s project is a pretty birthday card inspired by two different challenge blogs. That's how I ended up making this project using the bold flowers and sentiment from the new Sentimental Swirls Stamp Set. Then I realised that the Tailor Made Tags Dies were not orderable. So I decided to hold off showing you the tag until they were back in stock, just in case you want to get the dies too. TIDINGS ... VIEW POST
Simply Marbleous Satin Paper
Well yesterday was interesting. Hubby was out with the snowblower for more than 5 hours trying to clear our driveway after the snowstorm. While the wind scrubbed some areas, in others we had snowdrifts up to 5 feet deep. The road was just as bad, making for challenging conditions for the snowplow driver. But with the sunshine revealing the patterns carved in the snow by the wind I was reminded of the free Simply Marbleous 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper (DSP). So that's what I wanted to ... VIEW POST
A Paper Pumpkin Thing – Lots Of Pun
If you've been following my blog for a while you'll know that I love a good pun. So you can only imagine how egg-cited I was to get the December Paper Pumpkin kit called Lots of Pun. I simply had to start playing with it right away, and I haven't run out of ideas yet! Here's just a couple of them, especially for this month's A Paper Pumpkin Thing blog hop. Oh, and I couldn't help including a little new product sneak peek too... The exclusive stamp set included the Lots Of Pun kit ... VIEW POST
