The most popular Stampin’ Up! promotion of the year, Sale-A-Bration, ends tomorrow which means you don’t have long to get your hands on some free items simply by placing a qualifying order. Today’s gender-neutral birthday card features two Sale-A-Bration products; the Jungle Pals Stamp Set and the coordinating Jungle Pals Dies. Unlike previous promotions the stamp set and dies are not being offered as a bundle, instead you choose these two items separately. So if even you’re not a fan of the ... VIEW POST

Rhino An In Color® Secret
When I started making cards I didn’t understand why people added layers. It really seemed like an unnecessary cost. But as time passed I realised even the simplest layers added interest. That’s why I love Stampin’ Up!s commitment to colour coordination, it makes everything much easier. For example, when designing this card using the Rhino Ready Stamp Set I found a simple background design to match the ink colour. So if you’re looking for 2023-2025 In Color backgrounds, check out the Fresh As A ... VIEW POST
Not Your Average Cracker
On Monday next week it will be Thanksgiving here in Canada. The stores are full of pumpkin-themed foods and autumn decorations in anticipation of the big day. It’s a good time to remember everything we are thankful for. Whether you get together with family and friends, or merely want to acknowledge those people who serve us as we go about our daily lives, a little token of appreciation is an easy thing to do. This small treat box holds Hershey Kisses chocolates and is an unusual version of a ... VIEW POST
Autumn Daisies
Are you prepared for a change of season? I definitely feel that autumn is beginning to show its influence in my craft studio. But I’m not quite ready to give myself over to all things pumpkin and leaves. Still as I worked on today’s birthday card project using the Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set and coordinating dies, I couldn’t help but notice I was gravitating towards more muted colours. Mind you when it came to the background I still wanted a brighter sky. Hopefully I’ll see that out the window ... VIEW POST
Timber For Bigger Projects
It’s the weekend and it looks like it’s going to be a lovely day. That’s a good thing as my granddaughter and I have plans to visit a Powwow. I’ve never been to one before and am not sure what to expect. However I’m sure I’ll be taking lots of photos. So to store our memories I decorated this large notebook with a very tactile wood-effect background using the Timber 3D Embossing Folder. All it took was card and ink, along with a second run through my Cut & Emboss Machine. My project ... VIEW POST
Fresh Zany Llama
I loved the Fresh As A Daisy 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack as soon as I saw it and have been determined to make the most of every tiny scrap. One of the sheets in the pack contains ten smaller panels that are designed to be cut apart. Included in the panels is a scene that could be a wheat field, desert or beach. I’ve managed to make three separate projects from this one 5-1/4” x 4” piece. Today’s final project also uses the Zany Zoo Stamp Set. FRESH SCENE This zany llama ... VIEW POST
