This morning, instead of working on my blog post, I had some important errands to run. Typically I would prioritise my blog but when medical/health related appointments come up I take what I’m given. The reports were promising and being in town also gave me an opportunity to visit with a friend I haven’t seen in years. Harvest Time
Today’s a day to stay indoors with torrential rain forecast for the next 24 hours. Not what the local farmers need in the middle of harvest time. The garden is definitely starting to slow down and the last of the berries are waiting to be picked. That just leaves the apples to collect as thoughts turn to autumn. While looking through my recent projects I was struck by how dark many of them were. I’d used coloured card bases and the patterned paper added to that ‘heavier’ feel. So today I decided I should brighten things up with white, a lot of white. Earlier this week I’d received an order containing a new stamp set from the Online Exclusives range.
