I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a lot of extra time on their hands so that we're unable to go out. I'm also probably not the only person who knows that I they could make great use of that time, if only they stopped procrastinating. The only way I've found to get jobs done is to write them on a To Do list, check it frequently and tick them off. Of course when you have a long list of jobs you need a large To Do list. So that's what I made this morning. LARGE NOTEPAD I found ... VIEW POST

Updating My Easel Calendar
One of my most popular projects on my blog, YouTube and Pinterest has been an easel calendar. It features a stitched mini calendar, 3" x 3" Post-It Note® pad and a mini pen in a holder. Even though I created this year's easel calendar at the beginning of the year it's still being repinned or liked every day. Well with a new year not that far away I decided it was time to create an updated version. HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE EASEL CALENDAR First, and to make things clearer, I created this ... VIEW POST
Any Excuse To Make A Pretty Card
It's been a busy morning with Stampin' Up! announcing a one-day stamp set sale on Wednesday. Stamp sets rarely go on sale so I plan to check my wish list and take full advantage of the deals. So while I do that, here's a pretty card that I hope gives you an excuse to be creative today. STRIKING PATTERNED PAPER This project began with a very striking pattern from the Magnolia Lane 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack. First I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue (Tombow) to attach a ... VIEW POST
Fussy-Cut or Colour? Your Choice.
I recently made a card using the Magnolia Lane 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper (DSP) and was complimented on my colouring. I had to admit that the flower was fussy-cut from patterned paper and the colouring was actually done by a Stampin' Up! artist. It seems that just recently I've been using DSP a lot and I'm starting to collect a pile of off-cuts. Never one to waste my craft supplies, it's time to start using up these scraps. FOLDED TAG I found a 3" x 6" piece of Thick Whisper ... VIEW POST
Bringing Back Butterfly Gala
It seems ages since I last made something using the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set. I suppose I have been a little distracted by the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue, but that's really no excuse. Today I saw this week's Just Add Ink and Global Design Project challenges and Butterfly Gala immediately flew to mind. So I simply sat down and started to create. OPEN SPACE I wanted the butterfly panel to be the focal point so opted for a very plain background. I began with a card base of Thick ... VIEW POST
