One of the things I've noticed about my daughter (and others of her generation) is that they take a lot of photos. What I've also noticed is that they rarely, if ever, make it out of electronic format. I know it's nice to have photos at your fingertips but sometimes printed photos are nicer. I love being able to share and talk about memories while flicking through an actual photo album. Sharing memories doesn't mean you have to create elaborate 12" x 12" scrap book pages. Santa’s Workshop opening soon
Yesterday I showed you a little sneak peek from the Stampin' Up! 2018 Holiday Catalogue that goes live for customers on September 5th. So today I have a quick and easy card that has no punching, no die-cutting, no embossing and not even any stamping. In fact, leave off the Grapefruit Grove mat underneath the centre piece and you don't even need a trimmer to make this card! So using ... VIEW POST
Creating my own flowers
For those of you who are not familiar with my papercrafting journey, you may not be aware that I've been a member of the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Design Team for almost 2 years. Each Monday we challenge ourselves and everyone else to create a project using at least one image from the featured Stampin' Up! stamp set for that week. This week the challenge is WWYS167 - Apron of Love, with lots of kitchen and barbecue related images and some great sentiments. As I sat down to create my ... VIEW POST
