It's time to get out the thermals. All our snow has been washed away and it looks like it will be a green Christmas. Not that I'll want to go out, it's getting much colder and I'm definitely a warm weather person. Later today with the wind it's going to feel like minus 17C! Brrr, much to cold for me. Three Stamp Sets For One Birthday Card
I must apologise for the late arrival of today's blog post. Today is obviously going to be one of those days where things take that much longer to get done. What's frustrating is that my birthday card project was done and photographed yesterday. But I've not been nearly as efficient this morning. Playing With Another Penguin
When I'm papercrafting I often sit down with no particular idea in mind. If I'm looking for inspiration it may be as simple as picking up a stamp set and starting to stamp. Once I've completed one step, the next one seems to come naturally. My strategy is to just keep playing and see where the journey takes me. That doesn't mean I do something and then never change my mind. It happens. However any unused pieces will be set aside and end up on another project later. I must admit though ... VIEW POST
Penguin Place Plus 23 Other Cards Completed
If you saw my blog posts over the past couple of days, or follow me on Facebook, you'll know I've been working on a personal challenge. Yesterday was World Card Making Day and as in previous years I decided to attempt another 24 hour challenge. This where I challenge myself to design and make from scratch, 24 cards in a single 24 hour period. The cards also have to be decorated inside and have coordinating envelopes, so no skimping!
