Now that Mother's Day has passed it's time to think about Father's Day. Sadly it seems that too will be celebrated at a distance this year. So today's mini photo album project, while quick and easy, could help bridge the gap. A CUT ABOVE This Father's Day project actually started without an end project in mind. It was one of those afternoons where I just wanted to spend some quiet time colouring. Instead of flowers I decided to pull out the A Cut Above Stamp Set. From the fun ... VIEW POST
Celebrate A Special Life With A Photo Album
As I continue to enjoy precious time with my new granddaughters it seemed appropriate to bring you a new photo album project. While being able to see photos electronically is nice, there's something special about actually having them printed. Maybe it's because you don't have to be sitting at a device to see them. For me though it's that printed photos reflect life events that are important to those involved. TREASURES OF LIFE I began today's project with a 4" x 5-1/2" piece of Very ... VIEW POST
Family, Always Close At Heart

As soon as I saw it I knew it would be perfect for the front of a photo album. I have a stock of these mini pocket albums that take 4" x 6" photos and love ... VIEW POST
Blessed In So Many Different Ways
I'm tired today. Plus it's grey and overcast outside with the promise of rain later which doesn't help. So I'm grateful that the new doors from my studio are now installed and sealed. This means that in the next day or two I'll be able to settle back into the room to create. I'm lucky that during the renovations I've been able to work from my dining room, but it's not ideal. Mind you it's been a treat looking out of the window with a view of the bay. It's quite different from the woods and ... VIEW POST
