Have you ever heard the phrase 'less is more'? Sometimes as papercrafters we find that a difficult concept to grasp. I remember when I first started making cards wondering why people bothered to add layers, or ribbon and other embellishments. We are definitely influenced by what we see others doing, and tools or materials they're using. Before long we're doing it too. Perennial Birthday #SimpleStamping
It's Sunday again and we had a lot of snow overnight. Still, the sky has cleared and it's a gorgeous sunny morning here in Nova Scotia. I love how the sun shines off freshly fallen snow, I just don't like shovelling it. Especially since it's currently minus 12C right now. #SimpleStamping Valentine (2 versions)
At a recent Stampin' Up! event Demonstrators were challenged to go back to basics. To consciously create projects that were easy for casual crafters to do using minimal supplies. Every week for several years now I've brought you a Simple Sunday project. Sometimes it's involved a simple layout, sometimes it's a simple technique or idea.
