It’s Monday again and time for another What Will You Stamp? Challenge and this week the challenge is WWYS187-Winter Woods. As a member of the WWYS Design Team I’m always trying to think of different ways to inspire others through my projects.
When I sat down this week I decided to video the whole design and create process. I had a vague idea of a sponged night-time scene with the trees but other than that, no definite plans. Filming didn’t quite go according to plan, but then that’s often the case when I’m working. That said, I’m happy with the final outcome.
SIZES AND DIMENSIONS
The card base is a piece of Thick Whisper White Card cut 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, then scored on the long side at 4-1/4″.
Next, the Whisper White panels for the sponged layer and inside the card were 4″ x 5-1/4″.
Finally the three trees and sentiment were die-cut from two more pieces of Whisper White Card each 4″ x 5-1/4″.
WWYS187-WINTER WOODS.
As I mentioned, my project was created for this week’s What Will You Stamp? Challenge, WWYS187-Winter Woods.
You can find other Design Team projects using the Winter Woods Stamp Set over on the What Will You Stamp? blog.
If you have this set we’d love you to join the challenge. Simply create a new project using at least one stamp from the set. Then upload it to the challenge gallery for everyone to see.
At the end of the challenge we’ll randomly select one person to be our winner. They’ll get bragging rights and a winner’s badge for their social media. They’ll also receive an invitation to be our Guest Designer two week’s later.
So what will you stamp?
Here’s one final look at what I came up with.
