Once again the week has flown by and it’s time for another simple Sunday project. Today’s card uses two stamp sets. One, Greatest Journey, is retiring and only available while stocks last. The other, the sentiment-only Happy Labels, is apparently causing a little confusion. That’s because as an experiment Stampin’ Up!® offered this stamp set made in both red rubber and photopolymer. Hello Again With Sentimental Swirls
Sentimental Swirls may just be my latest obsession in stamp sets. This set of photopolymer (see-through) stamps is most easily recognisable from the very large ornate flourish. There's also two smaller flourishes. But as well as those there are four sentiments (happy birthday, thank you, for you, and hello). Simple Stripes From Pansy Paper
Have you tried Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper (DSP)? I love that their paper is quite a heavy weight, much sturdier than the papercraft and scrapbook paper you generally find in stores. Plus the packs all state what colours are used so you can coordinate with Stampin' Up! card, inks and embellishments. Do you ever find that even though you've seen an image numerous times, one day you look at it again and have one of those lightbulb moments? Well that happened to me this morning with the Accented Blooms Stamp Set from Stampin' Up!
