We’re coming to the end of our granddaughter’s stay with us and ticking off the last few things on her bucket list. Many involved food and shopping which was fine with me, lol. We’ve also been exploring Nova Scotia’s flora and fauna. There was no big zoo trip this time but instead we enjoyed discovering creatures in the wild. This week we survived a major snowstorm that fizzled out before it actually got to us, although I fear winter isn’t quite done yet. Still, I’ve a spring craft fair coming up in a couple of weeks so I don’t need any other excuse to stay in and craft. A Paper Pumpkin Thing: Key To My Heart
It’s the first Friday of the month and that means it’s time for another A Paper Pumpkin Thing blog hop. This month we’re having fun creating alternate projects using the January 2023 kit called Key To My Heart. While the timing is perfect for Valentine’s Day, the kit is also great for other love events. For my alternate projects I started with a simple “I love you” card. Yesterday’s freezing rain was more like ice pellets but at least the power stayed on. Now it’s back to rain again and our mild winter continues. It’s hard to believe it’s already mid-January!
