Today, October 1st is International Coffee Day. That's a good thing because I think I shall be drinking quite a lot of it over the next 36 hours or so. You see tomorrow, October 2nd is World Card Making Day and I plan to once again attempt to make 24 cards in 24 hours. That's design and make from scratch, twenty four different cards with decorated insides plus coordinating envelopes, all within a single twenty four hour period. Chocolate Box (and Recipe) Kind Of Day

Whether you call them biscuits or cookies, my absolute favourite ... VIEW POST

However her plans were scuppered by COVID and mail issues on both sides of the Atlantic. The parcel finally arrived nine weeks later, after we'd all but given up hope. As well as the birthday gifts, there were treats for me too. A book she'd enjoyed reading, and chocolate. My regular readers will know I'm rather partial to ... VIEW POST
