Today my plan was to create something using the retiring Lift Me Up Stamp Set and coordinating Up & Away Thinlits Dies. In that respect I succeeded. But as I was starting to put the card together I realised that I'd stamped the images using the wrong ink pad. So instead of my intended Balmy Blue, you now have a little sneak peek of the new Seaside Spray. IN THE CLOUDS I started the project with a layer of Whisper White Card and the two shaded cloud images from the Lift Me Up Stamp ... VIEW POST
You Soar Above The Rest
Today I heard that a good friend of my daughter has been successful with a recent job application. It's a really exciting time and I couldn't be more pleased for her. How fitting then, that I was in the middle of making this card when I heard. 'You soar above the rest. Congratulations' says it all really. SIMPLE CARD BASE Creating the card base was really simple. I took one of the larger cards from the Happiness Blooms Memories & More Cards & Envelopes pack and folded it in ... VIEW POST
Printed Vellum
In less than 4 weeks I will have a copy of the Stampin' Up! 2019/2020 Annual Catalogue in my hands. What's more I will most likely have already placed my first order for new products too! Don't worry, I'll be giving you regular reminders of what's going so you can stock up before it's too late. ... VIEW POST
Embossing Folders Lift Me Up

LIFT ME UP I began this project simply enough, with some Very Vanilla Card, a stamp set and a couple of ink pads. On one piece of card I stamped the two balloons from the Lift Me Up Stamp Set, the larger one ... VIEW POST
New inspiration
As someone who creates new projects every day I'm always looking for new sources of inspiration for my Stampin' Up! supplies. I'm a member of the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Design Team but oddly enough haven't actually taken part in a lot of other challenges. I've think that I should change that and so today I created a project for the Hand Stamped Sentiments Color Challenge #293. The brief was simple, create a project using Smoky Slate, Daffodil Delight and Pool Party, and this is what ... VIEW POST
