This morning I decided it was time to check the Stampin’ Up! Inventory Supply Report. Demonstrators can view this report for information about stock levels and expected dates for out of stock products to be received. When I looked at the Retiring List section I was shocked at how many retiring stamp sets were already sold out. Many more are showing as ‘low inventory’. One of those stamp sets is Elegantly Said, and I couldn’t resist pairing it with the retiring Simply Elegant Designer Series ... VIEW POST
Paper Scraps And Simple Sentiments
There’s just three more days to go until we find out which products are being retired by Stampin’ Up! Every year they retire most, if not all, their patterned paper to make way for new designs. So my plan today is to review all the Designer Series Paper (DSP) I still have left. My regular readers will know that I hate to throw away even the smallest pieces and I’m definitely not alone. With that in mind this week’s simple Sunday project was designed around a 1” x 4-1/4” scrap. SIMPLY ... VIEW POST
Simply Elegant Storage Idea
While I’m dealing with a nasty cold I’m avoiding anything that needs my complete attention. Instead I’m tackling those smaller jobs that aren’t affected by my fuzzy brain. So today I'm reorganising and preparing for the list of products being retired by Stampin’ Up! which will be revealed to Demonstrators on March 23rd. All the Designer Series Paper (DSP) in the 2021/2022 Annual Catalogue is pretty much guaranteed to go, and this simple Sunday project highlights two of the packs we’re likely ... VIEW POST
Simply Elegant Sympathy Card
After yesterday’s Valentine’s Day project I decided to tone it down today. As I was going through my stock of cards I realised I have very few sympathy and get well cards. After birthday cards these seem to be the ones that I sell the most. So with that in mind I decided to create a simple sympathy card. For that I wanted a suitable patterned paper with muted colours in a design that wasn’t too busy. I found it in the Simply Elegant Specialty Designer Series Paper ... VIEW POST
Elegant Thank You, Simple Layout
It occurred to me yesterday that I've been using a lot of products from the Stampin' Up! January to June Mini Catalogue. Not that it's surprising, who doesn't like playing with new toys? But it did make me want to look again at some of the other things I have that are slightly older but still available. So after a look through other paper packs in my stash I settled on the Simply Elegant 12" x 12" Specialty DSP. Then with the Ornate Thanks Stamp Set I set to work. ORNATE THANKS I ... VIEW POST
IDEAS Blog Hop – New Year’s Resolutions
This month our theme is "New Year's Resolutions" which left quite a lot of room for interpretation. Every year I`m determined to improve my organisation and so I decided to create a perpetual calendar as my contribution to the IDEAS tutorial bundle PDF. With a perpetual calendar you write down birthdays, anniversaries and other events that occur on the same date each year. But unlike a traditional annual calendar you can keep using it year after year. My version includes twelve individual ... VIEW POST
