One of the things that originally attracted me to the Rustic Crate Stamp Set was the pretty images. I’ve always been a sucker for poinsettias, but this set had a gorgeous autumn arrangement of pumpkins, sunflowers and corn-cobs. Happy Canadian Thanksgiving everyone. I do love a long weekend, however mine has been anything but relaxing. On Saturday, World Card Making Day saw me attempting my 7th annual “24 cards in 24 hours challenge”. I succeeded, and managed to grab 5 hours sleep as well, but that hectic 24 hours will catch up with me over the next few days for sure. Leaf Fall Again
Great news! The All About Autumn 6” x 6” Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) is back in stock. Yay! With autumn ‘photos’ on one side and copper foiled patterns on the other, this has to be my favourite paper from the Mini Catalogue. I love the warm colour combinations and the images are simply gorgeous. For today’s “thinking of you” card I decided to combine an autumn leaf photo with the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder. Abundant Beauty
It’s 30 days until Thanksgiving in Canada and Mother Nature’s starting to put out the decorations. Even though it’s unseasonably warm here in Nova Scotia I can still see signs of autumn starting to appear. There’s lots of pumpkins and pumpkin spice treats in the stores, but for me the best part of autumn is the warm colours. Rustic Crate First Peek
One week from today the Stampin’ Up! September to December 2023 Mini Catalogue will go live for customers. I was able to order products early and have had enormous fun playing with them. I’ve held off showing anything to you as I know how frustrating it is to fall in love with something only to be told you have to wait a month before you can get it.
